utterly unthinkable how cold the room was, colder than outside! The heater was a joke, and the wooden window? just wow. Definitely expected at least an upgrade for enduring that torture. Almost gave a good review, but the shock of mold in the shower and the non-existent laundry service ruined it! what a letdown.

perfectly situated near cusco's best attractions and eateries
my stay here was fantastic, especially enjoying cozy mornings with breakfast surrounded by lovely decor and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the courtyard, all while being just a short stroll from the Plaza de Armas, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable.

The workers were very sweet and helped us a lot.
I had serious issues with the bathroom arrangements. only one shower was on the ground floor and it felt inadequate, especially late at night when I needed to use it. Additionally, the shared bathrooms were far too few for the number of guests, making cold late-night trips a hassle. The chilly community area in July was an unpleasant surprise, as I expected a more comfortable place to enjoy breakfast.

Couples seeking comfort
The staff was hospitable, always ready to help,, bringing us good Muña tea when we arrived. I still remember lying back in the spacious courtyard, listening to the ambient music while my partner and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with so many options.
It wasn't cheap, but the experience was still worth it.

We had an amazing time at this cozy hotel, especially when we got upgraded to a fabulous room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The sun terrace and the beautiful garden were perfect spots to relax after a busy day. Only downside was a bit of noise from the common area during breakfast, but it didn’t bother us too much. just an early wake-up! 😊

The ambiance was charming, and the local fruits at breakfast were an enjoyable surprise, adding a fresh touch to each morning. The cozy atmosphere provided a perfect escape after exploring. However, the limited hot water during peak hours was a significant inconvenience, as was the noise level from the communal areas during breakfast. Additionally, the shared bathrooms felt insufficient for the number of guests.
